Almost every slab on the market hides a piece of printed paper behind plastic. Ours doesn't. The grade, the card, and the cert number are cut into the label itself with a laser — permanent, dimensional, and impossible to fake with a printer.

Who pays for shipping to you?
We do. A prepaid shipping label is emailed to you within an hour of checkout — just print it, tape it on, and drop the package off. Return shipping back to you is included in your service level too.
How long does grading take?
Turnaround depends on the service level you pick and starts counting from the day your cards arrive with us.
What cards do you grade?
Sports, Pokemon, and all officially licensed trading cards and TCGs. If you're not sure whether we cover something, message us before shipping.
How should I pack my cards?
Penny sleeve each card, then slide it into a top loader. Tape the top loader shut and package everything snugly so nothing shifts in transit.
Is my card insured while you have it?
Yes — from the moment we log it in until it leaves our facility on the return trip.
What if I disagree with a grade?
Send us the cert number. We'll pull the record and the grader's notes and walk through the call with you.
